Dr. Mulpuri is the Chief Executive Officer of Soladigm. He is responsible for the strategic direction and the financial and operational performance of the company.
Prior to Soladigm, Dr. Mulpuri held several executive positions at Novellus Systems, most recently as President of Novellus Systems Japan and Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Metals Business Unit.
He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India, MS in Manufacturing Engineering and Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Boston University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. |
Mike Armsby

Mr. Armsby is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading Soladigm’s financial operations and development and working with the executive team to develop, drive and execute financial strategies.
Prior to Soladigm, Mr. Armsby was the CFO of solar company PowerLight, which was successfully acquired in 2007 by SunPower Corporation, where he served as the VP of Finance following the acquisition. Prior to that, Mr. Armsby served in strategic management consulting at Bain & Company, where he focused on strategic and private equity engagements.
Mr. Armsby is a CPA, holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
Jim Pape

Mr. Pape is Chief Commercial Officer of Soladigm responsible for managing and expanding global commercial activities.
For more than 25 years, Mr. Pape has led commercial efforts at Fortune 500 and start-up companies in areas including renewable energy, commercial and military aerospace, industrial manufacturing and energy efficiency. He brings to Soladigm more than two decades of sales, marketing, product development and customer service experience, and was most recently the President of SunPower Corporation’s global residential and commercial business units. Prior to his role at SunPower Corporation, he was North American Vice President for Ingersoll Rand’s climate solutions division, which included Trane Commercial Systems and Hussmann Refrigeration. He has also held executive positions at Johnson Controls and Bearing Inspection.
Mr. Pape holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. |
Erich Klawuhn

Mr. Klawuhn is the Vice President of Products at Soladigm, responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap and product management.
Mr. Klawuhn has more than 15 years of experience developing new thin-film product businesses at Novellus Systems and Varian Thin-Films. He has held technical, product management, and business positions providing a unique perspective into developing and launching new products.
Mr. Klawuhn holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and holds 10 US patents. |
Ron Parker
Vice President of Operations

Vice President of Operations
Mr. Parker is the Vice President of Operations, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing operations including materials, purchasing, and manufacturing engineering.
He has 24 years of experience in operations leadership, including 16 years in the glass manufacturing industry. He was formerly the general manager of Vitrum Industries. Prior to that he oversaw operations for Cardinal’s glass coating facility, where he instituted numerous innovative best practices aimed at driving production quality.

Dr. Robert Rozbicki

Vice President of Technology
Dr. Rozbicki is the Vice President of Technology, leading the technology team in the development of all aspects of electrochromic products. He is also responsible for all external technical collaborations at Soladigm.
Dr. Rozbicki’s career has focused on transitioning new deposition processes and equipment into production. He has 10 years of technology and project management experience, and was formerly Senior Director of Technology in HDP CVD Business and Director of Technology in PVD Business at Novellus Systems.
Dr. Rozbicki holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Boston University. |
Dhairya Shrivastava
Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Shrivastava is the Vice President of Engineering at Soladigm. He is responsible for the design and development of processing and automation equipment, as well as controls systems.
He has 20 years of experience in engineering leadership, including 10 years in manufacturing automation and nine years in semiconductor equipment development. Mr. Shrivastava was formerly the Vice President of Engineering at Oorja Protonics, Inc. Prior to that, he was at Novellus Systems where he was responsible for multiple large engineering organizations, focused on engineering innovation and production quality.
Mr. Shrivastava holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from India Institute of Technology, Kanpur, MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island, and MBA from Northeastern University.
