Mike Armsby

 Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Armsby is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading Soladigm’s financial operations and development and working with the executive team to develop, drive and execute financial strategies.

Prior to Soladigm, Mr. Armsby was the CFO of solar company PowerLight, which was successfully acquired in 2007 by SunPower Corporation, where he served as the VP of Finance following the acquisition. Prior to that, Mr. Armsby served in strategic management consulting at Bain & Company, where he focused on strategic and private equity engagements.

Mr. Armsby is a CPA, holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
